May 30, 2025 | Blooming Beings | pop-up Group Exhibition
Blooming Beings was a one-day pop-up group exhibition curated by Lara Shirinyants, bringing together figurative and body-centered works by FLINTA artists.
The exhibition explored transformation, identity, and the layered experiences of being alive, focusing on moments of change both visible and internal. It reflected on transitions that shape us quietly or profoundly, and how these experiences are carried in the body through gesture, presence, and expression.
“Blooming” functioned as a metaphor for growth that unfolds without urgency, for strength emerging from vulnerability, and for the joy of inhabiting one’s truth in full form. The exhibition approached becoming as a continuous process, shaped by resilience, self-determination, and embodied experience.
The exhibition featured works by:
Klaudia Krynicka
Chie Marquart-Tabel
Maria Silvano
Christina Mallet
Charlene Davis
Silvia Sarsano
Lara Shirinyants
Saïne Van Kan
Barbara Evina
Daniela Spoto
Blooming Beings also included spoken word performances by Bodi Babatola and Nainy Sahani, expanding the exhibition into a shared, time-based experience.
